  Just the basics. Court shoes, knee-pads, lunch, and water!

- **9:00 AM** - Passing Fundamentals & S/R Responsibilities
- **10:30 AM** - Small Group Drills

- **1:00 PM** - Spiking Keys & Principles
- **2:30 PM** - Transition Footwork
- **3:00 PM** - 30 Minute Break
- **3:30 PM** - Serving Keys & Principles
- **4:30 PM** - Small Group Drills
- **5:00 PM** - Day 1 complete

- **8:00 AM** - Review/Setter tutoring
- **9:00 AM** - General setting (all athletes)
- **9:30 AM** - Individual defense
- **10:30 AM** - Small Group Drills
- **11:30 AM** - Lunch Break
- **1:00 PM** - Small group drills
- **1:30 PM** - Blocking keys & fundamentals
- **2:30 PM** - Defensive systems (team)
- **3:00 PM** - 30 Minute Break
- **3:30 PM** - Evening Session
- **4:00 PM** - Compete + Rotations
- **5:00 PM** - Day 2 complete

- **8:30 AM** - Review/Setter tutoring
- **9:00 AM** - Serve-receive activity
- **10:00 AM** - Small Group Drills
- **10:30 AM** - Compete!
- **11:30 AM** - Lunch Break
- **1:00 PM** - Exchange/warm-up
- **1:30 PM** - Blocking keys & fundamentals
- **2:00 PM** - Compete!
- **4:00 PM** - Day 3 complete

- **8:30 AM** - Review/Setter tutoring
- **9:00 AM** - Small Group Drills
- **9:30 AM** - Team System Compete!
